Rehabilitative Exercise

Rehabilitative exercise is where short-term relief starts turning into lasting change. After I've identified which joints and soft tissues are involved, I design a focused program to restore mobility, strength, and control in the exact areas your body relies on most. That might mean targeted work for your neck and shoulder girdle after a desk-related flare, or hip and core retraining after a low-back injury.
I don't just hand you a sheet of exercises; I teach you how each movement should feel, how to progress it safely, and how to recognize when your body needs rest versus challenge. This education piece is crucial-it puts you in the driver's seat between visits. Over time, patients often notice they can return to workouts, household projects, and long workdays with more stamina, fewer setbacks, and much less fear of "doing the wrong thing."
