Myofascial Release Therapy

Myofascial Release Therapy

Myofascial release therapy is designed for people whose muscles feel tight, knotted, and sore no matter how much they stretch. Over years of treating myofascial injuries, I've seen how scar tissue and trigger points can quietly limit motion and keep pain lingering long after an initial strain has "healed."

During a session, I methodically identify and treat those restricted bands and tender points using focused pressure, specific movement patterns, and, when useful, gentle adjustments to the related joints. The aim is to restore normal glide between muscle and fascia, so the area can contract and relax without constant pulling. This approach often helps with chronic neck and shoulder pain, lingering low-back tightness, and postural strain from long hours at a computer. Patients commonly describe feeling looser, lighter, and less "stuck" in their own body as therapy progresses.
